Refund Policy

If, for whatever reason, you are not convinced with your decision to be a member of 10K club, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of online payment and get a refund(adjusted against bank charges etc), in accordance with regulations with the exception of funds utilised for services that started before this cooling off period. To cancel a donation, please send us an email at info@10kclub.org quoting your members ID, the reason for cancellation and the name of the person who made the transaction
